Prague is a charming medieval city that attracts millions of visitors each year. In this sightseeing tour, you will get an introduction and detailed overview of the Czech capital while also visiting many of the highlights. With the help of a professional guide, you will gain a further insight into the eventful history of Prague as well as experience Czech culture.
You will begin in the historic Old Town which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its beautiful architecture. then you will visit the Jewish Quarter where you will see the Synagogues and the Jewish Cemetery. After aprox. 2 hour walk there is the opportunity to try traditional Czech food and drink at a local restaurant. The Celementium is a large complex of buildings which was once a Jesuit College and contains Baroque churches and libraries.
Afterwards, enjoy a nice boat cruise with complimentary refreshments on board where you can relax and enjoy the scenery from the River Vltava. Visit the impressive Charles Bridge before then walking through the Lesser Town and Kampa Island where you can visit the famous John Lennon Wall dedicated to the former member of the Beatles.
You will also take the tram from Mala Strana where you will be taken to the top of a hill where the magnificent Prague Castle is located. Here you can get a spectacular view of the city and then visit the other palaces and churches that make up the complex including St Vitus Cathedral.
